A little bit about me:

I have been supporting mothers during pregnancy, birth, and their postpartum recovery since 2019. I completed my certification as a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) through the North American Registry of Midwives in 2022 and I am licensed in the state of Utah as a Licensed Direct Entry Midwife (LDEM).

My passion lies in advocating for trust in the birthing process and prioritizing a mothers intuition. I firmly believe that by emphasizing proper nutrition, physical activity, emotional support, and education, that women can navigate the stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum with grace.

I am a homeschooling parent, committed to physical fitness and enjoy spending time in nature, and nurturing our six wonderful children. Following my first pregnancy, I developed a profound interest in researching natural, physiological childbirth and breastfeeding. Initially, I provided doula support to several of my sisters during their first childbirth experiences.

At this time I knew I was going to be a midwife but that I was focusing on supporting my family as a mother and military spouse, accompanying my partner in his career within the Army. In the spring of 2019 I started my studies as a midwife, beginning with a doula course. I have worked for the last 5 years caring for over 200 mothers and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am excited for this next phase of my journey in running my own practice in American Fork, Utah.
